Our technical support staff encompasses over 50 years of experience dedicated to enhancing the performance of your computing environment. Each technician has IT knowledge ranging from very simple concepts to the latest technology developments. To prove it our diagnostics are free to customers that take advantage of our technical support services.
A Technician can be on-site within 1 hour. Materials are an additional charge, customer will be advised and need to authorize ALL expenditures before any work is preformed at the site. Professional services are detailed below, there are two ways to save.

SESI Professional Services

Our professional services are in response to needs of our customers and prospective customers.

Information Assurance (IA)
The National Security Agency defines IA as "the protection of information systems against unauthorized access to, or modification of, information, whether in storage, processing or transit, and protection against the denial of service to authorized users, including those measures necessary to detect, document, and counter such threats." SESI IA professional is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CISSP, trained to evaluate customer computer capabilities and identify threats, vulnerabilities and risk. The first step after an evaluation is to develop and implement an IA Plan then apply these security policies on computer workstations and servers. The following services are provided once a IA plan is implemented.

Monitor compliance with Security Policies
Investigate Reports of system Breaches
Develop Reports on Information Security Posture
Scan Systems for Vulnerabilities
Correct System vulnerabilities

Database Administrator
SESI Database Administrator installs and maintains database servers for you business applications. Capable of design, development and intallation of a new database, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting existing databases. Additonally, SESI can implement and monitor security on database servers to insure its integrity. Work can be performed on the following database environments:

Oracle
MySQL
MS Access
MS SQL Server

Senior Technician
SESI senior technician is a system administrator for Windows and/or UNIX Platforms, with 30 years of experience in troublshooting computer and network problems. Capable of developing solutions for IT problems encountered, and quotes for the parts and labor to correct the problem will be valid for upto 30 days. In addition, should the build out of a new system to replace existing hardware be required our senior technician will be responsible for this task.
