Service Contracts

Effective March 1, 2006

By signing a service contract, depending on the duration of contract, up to 40% is saved versus regular rate to perform the same service.  The minimum charge per month is 5 hours at the contracts discounted rate and 173 hours is the maximum per month.  Contracts include office visits, phone assistance and research time.  Materials will "incur" an additional charge, customers will be advised and authorize expenditures. All technical support calls will be addressed the same day and an estimated time for repair will be given.  See service contract for specific details and limitations.

On-Call Pricing

Effective March 1, 2006

 

Technician can be on-site with-in 1 hour.

Materials will be an additional charge, customer will be advised and authorize ALL expenditures.

 

Senior Technician $75 Hourly Rate

Technician $60 Hourly Rate

Database Administrator $95 Hourly Rate
