Responsibilities include monitor, process and analyze severity of help desk trouble calls utilizing a service tracking database. Perform scheduled backups and duties assigned on shift logs. Maintain software standard operating procedures and initiate protocols as identified in the manuals. Navigate through basic technical aspects of network systems such as UNIX, Oracle and Windows. Applicants must be multi-tasked oriented, work well in a team and have strong written and verbal communications skills. A successful applicant must be capable of acquiring a security clearance. An A+ training certification must be attainable within 6 months of employment. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
